A mere 15 weeks of taking an introductory class in leadership, researchers found that people reported gains in confidence in their ability to lead, skills, and motivation to lead. Those who came in saying 'I don't really think of myself as a leader' or 'I'm not confident in my abilities' made big increases in readiness.

Leaders have more stamina for work. They have a higher output than the average person.
