Further, you may also realise that you do not want to use the product because either the colour is not what you want or it doesn't go well with your skin complexion. Sampling the product will help you from recklessly purchasing it.
Go for small-sized products
You are bound to pick the larger size when it comes to buying beauty products. Though you cannot pick a small size for every product, like a lipstick, mascara or a lip liner, there are other items that are available in small sizes. For example, if you want to buy an eye shadow, instead of picking an entire palette, try a palette of one or two shades that will be easier for you to finish.
