Ingredients:
Three cups of milk, one cup of almonds, one cup sugar, half cup water, cardamom, saffron strands.
Method:
Soak the almonds in water overnight. Remove the skin and grind along with cardamom and sugar. Add milk in mixer and blend well, then add two cups of water. Garnish with saffron strands and serve chilled.
