Lack of job satisfaction and incomplete personal life is depressing.

Malti Bhojwani, the founder of Multi Coaching International, a Professional Certified Life Coach suggests ways to stay motivated at work and with life. She gives you ways to be positive and to prevent stress in our daily life.

Do not give up:
Malti Bhojwani says take small steps - it is the way to stay on top of your game, "Take one step at a time every single day and stay MOTIVATED, by staying in ACTION! Don't stop and you will never ever fail!"

Change your perspective:
This is the foundation of staying motivated, Malti says, "Keep on motivating yourself and achieve the desired results. Go back into action, and completely abandon and replace your negative and discouraging thoughts."

Immediate action:
"Being a coach and in my workshops, I have written about, taught and read many ways to motivate yourself but the most powerful way to motivate yourself into taking IMMEDIATE action in any area of your life is to force yourself to truly feel the PAIN that will come from not having the one thing that you so badly desire. Going back to the 80/20 rule that you may have read about, not having this one thing (20%) will cause 80% of the pain in your life."

Accepting the truth:
Most of us live in a suffocating life, but Malti says to break loose, "You have to force yourself to SEE the brutal truth. Consider and visualise what life would be like when it gets even worse, as a part of you knows the inevitability of that."

Time for action, no procrastination:
"If you don't fix it, improve it, take IMMEDIATE steps now, it WILL get WORSE! Think about how that will feel like and how your loved ones will be affected. Everything that you have been able to "sticky-tape" together for now, will fall apart and get worse! I am not trying to scare you, but I have to be upfront and honest, if you don't take immediate action, right now, it will get worse."

Get out of the rut:
"The more time you spend in "inaction", waiting and hoping that things will change, you will become even more de-motivated. The only way out is to take the first steps. Allow the PAIN, the excruciating pain of not changing anything, to motivate you to keep moving in the direction of your goal."

Prevent negative effects today:
"Unless you are not petrified by what life could be like if you didn't start taking the steps to transform it, it is extremely hard to remain motivated! Some of us allow this fear to paralyse us and we go into a downward spiral of destruction but then some of us can use this fear of pain to bring about the resurrection and a transformation! Which one will it be for you? I have made my choice!"

Confidence can help you stay motivated:
Fear brings out worst in people, it can be over powering and can lead to doom. Malti explains how to reverse this process, "You will have to call up all your guts to be confident and outrageous! You will eliminate, actually replace the FEAR that is holding you back from going the extra distance."

Set goals:
"Take out your mobile phone NOW and type in as an alarm or daily reminder you're most precious goals, set it off so that you will look at them every single day. When the alarm goes off, sit, centre for two minutes, read the goals and feel the joy that the achieving of them will bring to you, bring that gratitude of that joy into your day now!"
