Euro chain now on Residency Road

Euro restaurant chain, Veekes and Thomas (VNT) has expanded its reach in south Bangalore — VNT restaurants are located in JP Nagar, Jayanagar and Bannerghatta Road — to include outlets in Koramangala (opposite Jyothi Nivas College) and more recently on Residency Road in Devatha Plaza, and serves European Cuisine at Indian prices.

The menu provides customers a value-for-money proposition, without compromising on quality — from a Jamaican Beans Dumpling soup to the more well-known French Onion soup, to a range of salads and starters like Chicken Hawaiian, a leaves and cheese salad and Jalapeno Fritters. Ratatouille, Cottage Cheese Piccata and Grilled Lamb Chops are favourites.

VNT pastas are adapted to suit the Indian palate. Arrabbiata and Aglio Olio Pepperoncino are offered along with their signature pastas — Jalapeno Alfredo and Bechamel with a spicy cilantro cottage cheese sauce. Among the desserts, the Pannacotta and Tiramisu are must-haves. All this for `45-`50 (soups and desserts), `140-`175 (pastas) and `150-`225 for entrees.

VNT on Residency Road is serving a non-vegetarian buffet spread offered on weekday afternoons that comprises a five-course meal at `199, all-inclusive.
