Learn the art of brewing, and pairing coffee from Sahil Jatana
Benjamin Franklin famously once remarked, "Among the many luxuries of the table, coffee can be considered as the most valuable, it excites cheerfulness without intoxication; and the pleasing flow of spirits it occasions...is never followed by sadness, languor or debility."

Coffee at home is usually restricted to instant coffee as it offers ease of preparation and preparation only, the question of aroma and flavor is a different debate altogether.
Coffee expert Sahil Jatana will take you through the journey of coffee, from its history to differentiating between coffee beans and finally understanding coffee brewing methods.
Sahil will demonstrate four types of coffee preparations- Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Mocha. Imagine making your own latte when you need it most. This will be followed by 'tasting of basic brews'.
The workshop is being held on Sunday, February 26, 2012, at The Art Loft Valentino, Rest-First Floor, Above Patel Store, Mehboob Studio, Bandra, Mumbai, at a fee of Rs 1200 from 11.30 am to 2 pm.
