I believe in waking up to Cuddle Therapy. The first thing I do is hug my husband, Sanjeev. Cuddle Therapy is an in-person, one-on-one intimate gesture which lifts your soul. The morning is off to a great start.
I follow it up with a warm glass of water (plain or with honey and lemon), followed by 15-20 minutes of lazing about and creating an intention for the kind of day I want. Meditating for a few minutes in the morning calms my mind. I release negativity and self-doubt. Create your own personal morning ritual, even if is just sipping tea in sun light - it can make you happier.I feel everyone should learn how to slow down their mornings, and cultivate a pause that will strengthen and stabilise whatever the day brings.
We are the creators of our own happiness. We must learn to train and control our moods.
Keep a check on your mood levels. And don't let your own bad mood rub on to others. Because bad moods pass, but it can have a deep impact on relationships.
