'How I start my day'

If you wake up in the morning without a plan that will get you closer to your goal, you should go back to sleep! I always have a morning and day plan to get me closer to my dreams.

I wake up with a sense of gratitude, it helps me focus better on my dreams. A positive start to my day makes it look easier. I feel happy and full of energy.Nothing bothers me. I firmly believe that getting up happy early in the morning will lead to a good day. One of the mantras that I follow is to tell myself every morning that I am the best in whatever I do. It makes me believe in myself more, which gives me immense confidence and strength. Once I am up around 5 am, I am on my toes. I don't laze around.Time is precious. I get ready for my daily workout regime.

After an hour of jogging, stretching and meditation I feel the energy rushing through me. I love talking to myself in the morning and planning the whole day in the early few minutes. Having quiet time to myself is essential. Everything that is usually chaotic is so pleasant in the sunrise hours. The early morning air is so inspiring, it fills you with determination that you can do whatever you want.
