The right way to curl your lashes

Curling lashes is an art, that when done with precision can give you lashes so full, you'd be the cynosure of all eyes. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to curl lashes. All you need is a good quality curler and a steady hand. Follow this step-by-step guide to get longer lashes:

- Hold the curler like a pair of scissors.

- Open it fully and bring it to the upper lash. Ensure that the strip comes right up to the root of the lashes. Once you have all of the lashes inside the curler, hold the tool upright, so the curve faces outwards.

- Gently close the curler on the lashes and squeeze lightly, with a pulsing grip.

-Turn the curler upwards so that its curve lines up with the curve of your lid's crease.

- Squeeze the handles in small pulses with barely-there pressure. Hold it in place for a few seconds without blinking.

- Use the curler from the root of the lash to the tip, pulsing over the lash with consistent pressure, until you reach the end.

- Examine the gorgeous curls. Repeat the above steps for more definition before starting on the eye makeup.
