Summer is the time to have flirty fun and the same rule applies when it comes to drinks as well. What we are referring to are mocktails that not only quench your thirst, but also keep you cool.

TOI went to five places frequented by city folk to find out the best-selling mocktails in the city. Here's a list...

Manga
Served at: Monkey Bar
Recipe: Fresh aam panna (raw mango juice) shaken with freshly squeezed sweet lime juice and a sprinkle of jeera and black salt, topped with a dash of soda and a dash of a non-caffeinated drink. This is then garnished with a slice of raw mango.

Virgin Cucumber Mojito
Served at: News Cafe
Recipe: Fresh mint, lime and cucumber mixed with cucumber syrup and stirred in with some lemonade and crushed ice
Cool quotient: 4/5

Lemon Ice Tea
Served at: Boca Grande
Recipe: Mix lemon tea and with black tea and sugar syrup. Add lime for taste and serve it in a glass full of ice cubes.
Cool quotient: 3/5

Watermelon Martini
Served at: Blimey
Recipe: Mix watermelon syrup with lime juice and sugar syrup. Add some watermelon chunks and shake it. Strain and serve in a martini glass.

Tilt Kiss Virgin
Served at: Tilt
Recipe: Add basil and sugar syrup to pomegranate juice, shake well in a shaker and serve in a martini glass.
