Getting in shape is easier than it sounds. All you need is the right approach.
Right posture is good for health. Maintain upright posture which will make your tummy look flatter than if you crouch. It also helps in reduce back problems.
Go for full body exercises. Simply doing sit-ups all the day through will not help. You also need to add some cardio, crunches, Pilates, running, skipping and some weights in your daily regimen to cut from flab to abs.
Maintaining the right diet also helps. Going to the gym and heading straight to a food joint makes no sense. Most people tend to do this as exercising makes you feel hungry. Abstain from food that tends to bloat the tummy, while fat is important, make sure there is no excess intake.
Be realistic and take things slowly. No body change happens overnight. Your body needs to time and you need to continue with your efforts persistently. Don't get swayed away by quick fixes your gym trainer tells you. It not going to work.
