Sometimes you may think you are eating a healthy breakfast, but closer and you will realize that the little mistakes you do end up making then fattening.
1. Cereal: You love a big bowl of chocolate cereal in the morning and at snack time, you try to be healthy and eat a giant bowl of Frosties? Well, think again. These sugary cereals are awful for weight loss. They make you put on weight. More so, if you cut out sugary cereals and have the good ones, the quantity of consumption also matters. You can't eat a gigantic bowl and expect to be thin!
2. Yogurt: With fruit yogurt being a rage these days, most people think it okay to eat those little boxes of yogurt for breakfast and snacks too. Well, if you'd take a little time to read the ingredients and nutrition chart carefully you will know that these are artificially sweetened and flavoured so they have more calories than you need.
3. Fried things: If you thought 'breakfast like a king' gave you the liberty to eat friend heavy foods like bhajiyas and vadas or doughnuts in the morning you are mistaken. These sit in your system and the oil they are deep friend in can make you fat.
