Mead also falls in line with the trend of fermented food and beverages that is firing up this year's food scene. You can brew mead at home. Its colour is dark or light depending on the original colour of the honey you use. The taste depends on which flower's nectar the bees made their honey from. Added ingredients change its flavour too.
