1. Green beans - They are nutritious and versatile, roast them, boil them or use them to make curries, grill them or blanch and toss them into a salad - they will taste good. The perfect summertime treat.

3. Coriander - A must have for all Indian homes, coriander thrives in warm climates and so its only natural that you grown your own now. Just plant some seeds early in the season so they get plenty of sun and that's it - no more arguing with the sabjiwala for free greens!
