It has been her year so far! The new singing sensation, and very young at age too, Lorde has been no top of the charts for her song Royals. The singer, who hails from New Zealand, has struck gold with the awards season in full roll. Lorde, who already has a number of awards in her kitty, scooped yet another award at the recently held BRIT Awards 2014 for Best International Solo Female.
But it was not just music that has kept the singer-songwriter in the news. The 17-year-old has also made her unique style statements during all her red carpet outings. And these awards which were held in London were no exception. Lorde stepped out as a gothic princess, and needless to say, she hit the nail.
Sporting a floor-length, full-sleeved black shimmery dress, Lorde added more gothic to her look by wearing dark crimson lipstick. She accessorized her all-black ensemble with a double-ringlet on one hand. She also rocked the night by a live performance where she sang her hit, Royals.
