Here's how you should wear your shoes!

Stilettos:
Wearing heels continuously for long hours puts a lot of pressure on your feet. Stunning as they might look, the sky-high heels can cause a variety of problems like ankle sprains, midfoot fractures, neuromas etc.

Sneakers:
Running sneakers are ideal for running, jogging, walking and other outdoor and physical activity. However, these shoes are believed to be the cause of stress injuries especially to the heels and toes.

Wedges:
Even though the heel of wedges has more cushion and is not as high as stilettos, it puts pressure on the foot. The cushion on the heels protects your feet but can cause similar ailments as stilettos.

Flip-flops:
Flip flops are generally casual shoes which are either flat or open. This leaves your feet completely exposed and provides very little support. Though comfortable, flip flops are known to cause heel pain and small strains.
