Bangalore's latest casual dining offering, Ginger Tiger, is a modern Chinese restaurant that serves up soups, starters and unlimited stir-fry bowls. The live counter for stir-fry bowls gives food lovers the opportunity to customize their meals.
Spread across 1,620 square feet, the restaurant creates a space with stylish elements in the decor, which are adorned with a warm and uplifting set-up, and combine an authentic Oriental touch with western influences.
The restaurant is a venture of JSM Corporation Ltd., which is led by well-known restaurateurs Sanjay Mahtani and Jay Singh, who also own Shiro, Hard Rock Cafe, California Pizza Kitchen, Trader Vic's Mai Tai and Pinkberry, and operates through several franchise groups across India. It is known for its unique designs and uncompromising standards.
Where: Ginger Tiger is located on Indiranagar 100 Feet Road, offers meals starting at `399, and is open every day between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm, and 7 pm to 11 pm.
