Ingredients:
½ cup fresh cream
½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon crushed garlic paste
1/3 cup grated mozarella
Method:
Heat milk & cheese in a saucepan and keep stirring till cheese melts. Rub the inside of the fondue pot with crushed garlic. Transfer mixture to a fondue bowl. Stir in the remaining ingredients & mix well. Serve with cucumbers fingers, carrots fingers or mini bread bites.
