1. Let go
Try and let go. Yes, it is easier to say but try doing it. You may be putting in more hardwork, you may be asked to work for a few extra hours, you may be not appreciated for your efforts but be patient. Do not let yourself get irritated of frustrated. These small things happen at every work place so take it easy.
2. Pen it down
This practice will also help you in your personal life. Whenerver you are upset or angry, do not remove your frustration on someone, instead write down what you feel. Once you calm down, again read what you'd written. Sometimes you discover that you were just over-reacting on a matter.
3. Share it with someone
Don't keep your feelings bottled up. Share it with a friend or someone who is completely away from your work. This will make you feel a little lighter. If you accumulate all those feelings, they may just blast one day leading to a bad result.
4. Discuss with your boss
Whenever you have free time, identify your problem. Once you know what the actual issue is and if it's worth telling your boss, go ahead. You may not be able to take it after a limit. So talking to your boss may help you seek a solution. Do not let your work suffer. If your boss is the problem, talk to the HR or his boss.
