Count your calories
Most of us are even unaware that we are overeating. Though it might sound silly, but counting calories will ensure that you are not consuming more than required. One of the best ways to stop overeating is to count the calories in everything you put in your mouth.

Eat more often
Eating five small meals throughout the day actually benefits. Instead of having three large meals, if you have small portions, it will keep you feeling full and will also keep hunger pangs at bay.

Use a bowl
When eating, instead of using a plate, use a bowl instead. For example, if you feel like munching on some chips for snacks, you'll be surprised how you'll end up feeling full if you begin to eat in a bowl.

Eat slowly
When you eat slowly, not only does it make you feel full faster but it also ensures that your food gets digested better.

Eat at home
Eating at home ensures that you are not munching on junk food. This way you won't even end up overeating.
