Are you so obsessed with your fashion accessories and make-up products that you would like to keep them in your wardrobe forever, even if they are worn out or expired? It's time for you to put your foot down and declutter your wardrobe of all those useless items.

Dedicate a good 30 to 45 minutes, or even an hour (depending on the size and condition of your closet) to rearrange everything. Remove all those items that you think (re-think, if necessary) you don't actually need. And voila, your wardrobe is tidy with only those accessories and make-up items or kits that will serve you in good stead. Furthermore, you are swept by a tide of happiness and relief at the end of the day, so much so that you would want to keep looking at it over and over again.

What's more? Decluttering your wardrobe not only promises you mental peace and happiness, but also ensures to bring out those old, yet still usable accessories or make-up products, which you had kept aside just because it didn't serve you any purpose then.

Do not throw away anything and everything that you think might not serve any good. Recycle such items to recreate a trend that is in this season.

Mix and match those differently shaped and hued bangles or neck pieces to go funky or boho.

If you come across a bottle of dry and empty eyeliner, you may dump the bottle, but keep the plug as the dry, slender tip of the brush comes handy when you need to get a nail art done at home.

If your nail paints have almost dried up, add a few drops of acetone to dissolve and you're ready to use them again.

Collect the pendants of the broken neck chains. You can use them as extras with your current neckpiece, for different occasions and with different attires.

Use your old blush brush to clean the creases and sides of your accessories.

Put all your lip pencils and coloured eye pencils together in a cup to enable you to try out new colours every day.
