Holding hands, cuddling sharing a kiss are intimate expressions that tell a person you love and care for them. So, go ahead and make eye contact and share an embrace, there is no reason why you should shy away from telling your partner how much they mean to you.
Don't hold back, say it like it is
Communication is the key to a successful relationship is a cliche hat we have grown to dislike but is based on a simple principle, your partner is not a mind reader and will not always guess what's going on at the back of your head. Instead of expecting him or her to guess what's disturbing you, go ahead and communicate your needs and expectations both from your partner and your relationship.
Be happy and make time for yourself
Just because you are in a relationship that does not mean you have to be dependent on your partner to make you feel happy. It puts too much burden on your partner and your relationship.
