After a lazy and relaxing weekend comes the onus of going to work. So how a working professional can do away with the Monday morning blues?

So, you too are dreading the Monday morning blues before you pick your laptop and other stuff to go to the office? Well, here are some possible solutions on how to get started for a charged up week ahead:

1. Before going to bed on a Sunday, just pack your essentials like the notepad, organiser, laptop, etc. so that you need not worry about packing things at the last minute.

2. Give your heart an incentive to stay happy and cheer yourself morally by saying to yourself that the week ahead will be a rocking one where you're going to enjoy the work you do (easier said than done, of course! But you can try doing that)

3. Select the best outfit for work during the previous night to set the mood right. Go for the one which you think creates positive vibes around you.

4. Be pleasant and greet your colleagues in a friendly and pleasant manner.

5. Free your brain's hard disk from all the negative thoughts. Load positive thoughts that will make you feel good.

6. Cook some nice breakfast which you and your family will enjoy to have together. Enjoy the breakfast along with family and then grab your bag and bingo!
