What does it take to have a body like John's? He focuses on muscle work to give him the so-perfect-it-might-be-photoshopped body, "I focus on chest, triceps, shoulder biceps, back, biceps and legs."
All fitness enthusiasts have a weakness, John loves chocolates yet he follows a healthy fitness routine. He encourages everyone to develop a healthy lifestyle, "Anyone can lead a good lifestyle, even you. If you control your diet, and lead a disciplined lifestyle you can be healthy."
John Abraham also understands that everyone has a busy life, which makes it difficult to stay fit. If you don't have the time to visit the gym for various reasons he endorses a healthy diet. "If you don't have time in the morning or evening due to work or you have to spend time with your wife or girlfriend, you should at least have a healthy diet," says John. But if you have a sedentary life, some form of exercise is important to stay fit.
"I want to tell the youth that exercise is not about working the upper body," John shares his personal fitness tips, "I always say living a healthy lifestyle is like a tripod stand; good workout routine, good sleep and good food. Without any of these points, you will not have a healthy lifestyle. If you don't have time to exercise at least eat right, that's important. Eat on time and eat the right food!"
Even though he's a fitness icon, John hasn't released any fitness DVD unlike his counterparts in the film industry. He says, "Not right now, it will take me some time to get to the optimal shape." But he reveals that he wants to open a gym in the near future.
