In the world of Nando's in Sector 35, the stress is on nutritional value besides satisfying the palate. Value for money, delectable taste and great ambience... the place has a lot on its platter.

Deluge of flavours: With so much to savour, the concept eating point can hold you captive for hours. Its pungent Peri Peri kick up a storm of taste in your mouth with its varied companion of mild, hot and lemon and herb sauces. "The tastes can be adjusted as per demand. For those who want extra spicy we have extra hot Peri Peri. And those who want it mild and not bland, we have lemon and herb sauce," says restaurant manager, Rahul Uniyal.

International experience: For a while you will feel you are abroad. This South African chain, famous for its signature dishes like Espetada Rustica, Cataplana, Peri Peri chicken, Chicken liver in Portuguese roll etc, can take one for a divine ride into the food world. Espetada Rustica, with its tender chicken pieces stuffed with oven roast tomatoes and onion, is a finger licking experience. Bay leaf butter and grilled veggies served with the dish enhance its flavour. "There's no fat in the food. Also there are no additives or preservatives," added Rahul.

Quick service: The main course dish arrives at the table in less than eight minutes. "Timing is very important," adds Rahul. "The four sauces we use are as per the global standards, and that's reason there's no variation in our food taste across the world," he says. All the sauces, which are available for buying also, are imported from South Africa.

Refreshing: "The drink Refreshment," says Rahul, "Is a concoction made of mint and lime syrup." At Nando's its truly a world food eating experience.
